Shoddy work. This company was not contracted by me to replace a roof, the work was poor. The roof was warped amd that is how they left it. In the eve where two parts came together no caulking was done. Anyone who rated this company a 5 never had the work inspected. They should not be on BBBs list and if I was a homeowner who used this company- get the roof inspected the chance they did a bad sloppy job is high.

KLM performed my roof inspection before I bought my house, and was very detailed on what would need to be fixed. I had them out to repair some shingles, install some flashing, and install some ventilation. They were very quick to respond, the the price was completely reasonableWith the recent rain storms, I noticed my back porch cover had several leaks. After some trial and error with trying to replace some old shingles, it became clear to me that that portion of the roof and chimney flashing just needed to be replaced. They came out within 2 weeks to do the job, and had the best price in town. I have been very happy with their speed, empathy, professionalism, and work.
